(1) Curriculum training
  1. All courses offered by other departments signed by the head of the department or the supervising professor on the course selection list shall be recognized. However, only the credits of the postgraduate courses may be included in the calculation of the number of credits required for graduation.
  2. The major elective courses in this course structure table are applicable to students who entered before the 109th academic year (inclusive).
  3. Graduate students take at least one course per semester, with a maximum of 25 credits, but the minimum limit does not apply to extended students and those who have re-enrolled after leaving the master's program and have a credit of 1/4 of the credit. In other special circumstances, the consent of the Director shall be obtained.
  4. Students of the Master's Program of the Department (hereinafter referred to as the Class) must complete more than 30 credits of passing compulsory and elective courses, pass the examinations stipulated in the Graduate Degree Examination Rules of the University and the basic professional ability test prescribed by the Department (those who fail to pass the basic ability test, they shall complete the relevant alternative assessment measures in accordance with the regulations) before they can graduate.
  5. Students in this class must meet the requirements of the implementation rules of the English proficiency test of the school before they can graduate. The "English I on the Application of Legal Practice" and "English II in Legal Practice II" offered in this class are eligible for the "Application of English in Practice" stipulated in Article 4 of the Rules 1. Practical application of English II.
  6. The start of elective courses listed in the table shall be handled in accordance with the relevant regulations of the University and may be adjusted according to the elective status of each semester. 1. Practical application of English II.
  7. The tabular module courses are different from the groupings and are only a reference for providing students with elective study courses in their majors, so the minimum number of courses to be taken is not listed.
  8. Students are required to meet the key points of the school's academic ethics education before submitting the oral examination of the proposal.
  9. When submitting the first draft of the master's thesis for review, the results of the Turnitin thesis originality comparison system should be attached, and generally the principle of more than 35% of the master's thesis should be exceeded.

(3) Future development
The school was founded on the foundation of management and finance related disciplines, so the direction of legal education of this school originally focused on the planning of finance and commercial law courses.However, with the changes in the social environment and the country's demand for professional legal talents, the School was approved by the Ministry of Education in the 95 academic year to restructure three departments to cultivate more professional legal talents.In addition, in the future, the School will set up a master's program in the Faculty of Finance and Law. At the same time, the doctoral program of the Institute of Law is prepared to build a complete legal education framework that meets the depth and breadth.
