As an expression of University Social Responsibility (USR) and to promote entrepreneurship as an aspect of Ming Chuan University (MCU)’S overall academia-industrialization, the School of Law has operated MCU Legal Service Center in Shihlin District since its establishment on March 16, 2019. The Center provides free legal service consultation for faculty members, students, family members of faculty members and students, alumni, and the greater Shihlin Area (includes Shihlin, Beitou, and Neihu Districts).
To bolster the legal service provided, the Center has especially invited lawyers Wang, Ting-Han (Li & Cai IP Group), Xie, Fu-Kai (Zhichen Law Office) and Wu Jun-da (Li & Cai IP Group) to MCU Taipei Campus to cooperate with Assistant Professor Lin, Shin-Chin in Financial Law Department of School of Law to provide free legal service consultation to the target audience mentioned above.
